Transfer of Public Lands from Federal mismanagement to local State management is not only the best solution, it is constitutional. When a state was formed out of a territory, ALL the land with in that State upon the Enabling Act from Congress, becomes that State's responsibility to dispose of to private ownership - that was the original concept... the federal designation of 'reservations' [aka ghettos for tribes] and later national forests, preserves, and parks is all unconstitutional. Constitution is the Solution for every woe and adversity we now experience.
